Always nurture, love, and take care of yourself. make time to tend to your own mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well -being. When you're doing well, you will do well in life, for yourself and for others around you. Mantra Action: Set aside time in your schedule for yourself. When life is busy and there's not a single moment in it that you can attribute to yourself, begin saying 'no' more often. Practice saying "no" to excursions, and experience the joy of missing out so that you will be well rested and better prepared to take care of yourself. Mantra Benefit: When you are happy and ful filled, you can take better care of your loved ones.
